Mark Pazin has spent a lifetime keeping us safe, as a deputy sheriff, elected sheriff, and as the Law Enforcement Chief of the California Office of Emergency Services under Governors Jerry Brown and Gavin Newsom. He believes in less taxation, fiscally responsible government, safe neighborhoods, increased water storage and reducing regulations on farms and small businesses in order to create good-paying jobs, and he has a comprehensive plan to reduce homelessness.
I’ll work to finally make the state require the homeless who are mentally ill or drug-addicted to get long-term treatment, off the street.
I will help to push state and local government to clean up the filthy, dangerous homeless camps and keep our people and property safe while we get the homeless into treatment.
