I was born and educated in California earning a Civil Engineering Degree from Cal Poly Pomona. Education is a high priority for me and we need to spend our state tax dollars wisely.  The recent passing of Senate Bill 328 which restricts school start times before 8:30a does little to address that half the children attending public school
