Kim Carr is a third-generation Southern Californian whose roots date back more than 160 years. Her grandparents were born in Los Angeles and she has celebrated the California lifestyle and beach culture her entire life. Kim attended Pacifica High School in Garden Grove and graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in American Studies and a minor in Economics.
