“I will provide the LEADERSHIP, bring the CHANGE and deliver the RESULTS needed for our 33rd District Communities—Tulare, Porterville, Reedley, Kingsburg, Hanford, Lemoore, Avenal, Corcoran, Dinuba, Farmersville, Lindsay, Woodlake and portions of northern Visalia as well as rural communities.

Water

As a member the Mid-Kaweah Graundwater Sustainability Agency, Jose understands very well the importance of water in not only our urban cities but also for our agricultural community. In Sacramento he will help lead the effort to assure more water is made more available to the central valley and funding is provided for storage, dams and basins
